I don’t think the service could be any better, great folks to deal with. The people I dealt with while purchasing the spa were very helpful and friendly. I was advised of all sale items and the difference between spas both pros and cons. The company even held my purchase until I was ready for delivery and it was shipped from Florida to Oregon.
I had a minor issue after initial start up of my hot tub, during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Eric helped me trouble shoot the issue via email and the phone. He figured out the problem and saved my weekend. Superb customer support and service!!

The purchasing experience was great. I had some questions about the product so I called the company. They answered all my questions so I went ahead and placed the order on the phone for the tub I wanted. I ended up getting the pump upgrade. No problems at all. The people I talked to were very friendly and knowledgeable.

I hired Clearwater Pool & Spa to clean up a 24′ x 48′ pool that had sat dormant for two years. I have honestly seen backwater swamps more appealing to dive in before they began work. Now, as I watch my kids having a raucous, splashing, smiling time in the pool, I can say without hesitation choosing Clearwater Pool & Spa was the best decision I could have made. Cathy kept me updated throughout the process, and was always true to her word. The pool technicians were professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Typically I won’t do a review before receiving a product, but I have to in this case. What an amazing experience to be able to ask questions and get real and honest answers. I don’t really care if there are problems with the order, because I know I am going to be taken care of regardless. That is the way to run a business. I am absolutely ecstatic about getting my first hot tub from a company that gave me the greatest customer service experience I have ever had. Service is huge, and I don’t think there is a better company out there in any industry at providing first rate service. Period!
